Both Raw Material as well Finished Products are use to checked as per BIS Standard. To maintain the quality of supply to the client, it working with Advance Order Systems with the Consistent Client as well always take the overlook of the production capacity before establishing any new client and / or accepting new demand. -Similarly we directly deal with our client in most of the cases to maintain the Quality of the Business Process avoiding middle mans. Having the own Factory Premises builted on Approx.1100 Sq. Ft. in Warje Area ( Just 20 km away from Pune Station), Pune, which is easily accessible from any part of Pune City. Factory has been builted as per FDA Schedule for the Factory Premises for Cosmetics Manufacturing Process. Factory is having different sections namely, i. Raw material - 110 Sq. Ft. ii. Packing Material - 110 Sq. Ft. iii. Manufacturing & Packaging - 250 Sq. Ft. iv. Finished Products - 110 Sq. Ft. v. Office - 110 Sq. Ft. Machinery & Other Material: i. Remy Emulsifier ii. Remy Stirrer iii. Weighing Balance iv. Feeling Machine v. Stainless Steel Containers & other Utensils needed for Manufacturing Factory is located near National High-Way which easily allocate us various Transport facilities and ways for transporting the material to all places, as well various tempo drivers with tempos are already in tie up / use for inter city transport. Easy and continuous availability of Basic Infrastructure Facilities as Electricity, Water & Drainage System. It have also maintained the General Safety Policies and Safety Box for the employees, also the Factory premises was builted with a view of easy movements within the premises for all people.
