We offer a diverse range of precision engineered Rotary Disk Atomizers to our clients worldwide. These rotary disk atomizers are used for spray congealing or drying a liquid. The rotary disk atomizers consists of:

• A sealed housing comprising an inside and a gas supply inlet
• An electric motor with a high speed and output shaft
• A surrounding water cooling jacket
• Bearings, cooled and lubricated by air system and oil
• A disk where liquid is injected through the annual opening of the disk.
• An annular disk air purge distribution plate which is used for receiving the liquid and evenly distributing the same into disk annular opening.

Rotary Air Lock Valve (RAV) is the equipment which id fitted below the bag filter, cyclone, multiclone etc.

The mail function of the RAV is to lock the air and discharge the dust /powder. In the bag filter system there is negative pressure in the bag filter. So at the powder discharge point if there is any air leakage the powder will not fall down. So to restrict the sir leakage we provide the rotary air lock valve.
RAV consists of a stator & rotor. The radial $ axial clearance between is 0.1 to 0.3mm. The rotor has vanes (6 or 8) welded on the shaft. The rotor is mounted on the bearings at both the ends of the stator.
A geared motor is provided to rotate the rotor. Since the clearance between rotor & stator is so low the air leak is very minimum and it delivers only powder.
