We - Laxmi Print Art Group Of Companies are engaged in manufacturing printed promotion and packaging products. Our concern was established by Mr. Murarilal. R. Chamaria in the year 1970. Our founder person holds diploma in printing technology and is in this profession since 1954. He worked in a printing press for 16 years before starting his own in the year 1970. Since 1970, we have witnessed flourishing changes in our business and have never looked back. From the time of inception to the year 2005, we have established separate factories in the places like Mumbai, Daman, Goa, Baddi (H.P) and Navi Mumbai. Other than these units, we have proposed plan to open a new plant in Sikkim and are also planning to buy a paper mill in near future. With directions and support attained from teammates, we look forward to rapid mechanization and modernization and bring expansion to other production centers.

The entire manufacturing of the products depends upon the requirement demanded by the client. We bring additional improvements in our existing products so that completely satisfies the client. There are various parameters like size, design, shape, font and many more aspects. Through our customization process, we tend to satisfy our clients to fullest.

Our team is the very back bone of our entire work process. With active team support, we efficiently meet with all the demands of the clients. Amongst our teammates, we have with us printing technologists, packaging professionals, quality control inspectors, R & D personnel, sales and marketing representatives, logistics and transportation personnels. Other than these we have skilled and semi-skilled workmen. So as to monitor each activity, we have management and administration personnel. These professional watch our each process and make sure to maintain synchronization. Training at regular intervals are provided with new machines to our teammates. Through the training, we tend to keep them aware of latest developments that have come up in the industry. The main aim lies in meeting with all the demands of the clients.

We pursue extensive research and development for innovative production. Before any production we execute, we tend to have a basic framework. With us, we have R & D personnels who efficiently perform hard core research so as to bring up new concepts, for fast production yet accurate. The R & D work relies upon finding out latest production techniques and methods. This is how we keep our eye on productivity enhancement.

Quality plays a pivotal role in our products and this is why our production activity solely rests upon quality production. For thorough quality checking, we have separate quality inspection division at all the units. Here, we have all the testing facilities which are required for determining the products. From the procurement of the raw materials to processing phase to final products, each phase is well checked. The raw materials in particular go through damage testing, bursting, strength testing and many more. On a specific note, we follow ISO standards at our Goa factory wherein the production takes place. The entire checking process is conducted under the close surveillance of our quality inspectors. At our units, visual inspection is performed at every state of production to time of packing. Once the product are well checked, certificate of analysis issued for each item manufactured. All the products are pre-inspected at our premises before delivery.

We have five separate units at different locations with wide area encompassing all the facilities. Following are the places and the respective factory areas we have:

•  Mumbai : 9000 sq ft
•  New Bombay : 10000 sq ft
  

 Daman : 15000 sq ft The units are well maintained in terms of hygiene, cleanliness and space. Here, we have all the departments well segregated from each other where the all the respective processes are executed in a coordinated manner. All the units are well accessible to infrastructure like communication, transport, water and other required facilities. Other than the infrastructure, we have state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology. With respect to the machines we have with us:

•  Punching & Pasting machine with deck bottom.
  
•  U V Cure Machine & Film Laminating Machine.

All the products are provided with safe packing solution in paper and subsequently in plastic and metal. These well packed products are provided with clear labeling, naming and numbering so as make their identity easy. We have our own spacious warehouse wherein we store all the products. The entire range of products are stored here where all the favorable conditions are maintained. The products are kept in proper sequence so that confusion does not arise while recognizing them. Further on, the main responsibility of delivery lies with our logistics and transportation personnel. These professionals take the products with care and make sure that no damages occur. We ensure that within the lead time of three days, we deliver the products to our esteemed clients. From medium of transport, address and proper distribution and other factors are taken into consideration while delivering the products.
