Established in the year 2002, by Mr.Sunil Kaushik, we are engaged in producing and supplying flexible packaging materials to be used in varied industries. We also offer our clients complete packaging consultancy regarding design, development and packaging of the machinery etc.
We use different varieties of printing and lamination techniques and material such as Paper Polyester, BOPP, Multilayer co-extruded film and CPP film. We are associated with many leading brands. Being a part of Kaushik Group of Industries manufacturer’s of Printed & Laminated Polyester Film Rolls & Pouches and Converting & Printing Machines, based at Faridabad (Hr.), we have a Group Turnover of more than 30 Crores. We test our products using various testing meters like Ink Viscosity Tester, Ink Adhesion Tester, Ink GSM Tester, Peel Strength Tester, Bond Strength Tester, Seal Strength Tester, C.O.F Testing machine, Tensile Testing Machine, Electronic, Oven, Weighing Scale Electronic, 2 No.s of thickness micro meters. Strict surveillance and other quality control measures have lead to earn a good repute in the industry. All our flexible packages are tested on the basis of the following quality attributes that are constantly improved through research and development.

Our production facilities are based at Faridabad. We have with us, Rotogravure Printing Machines (8-Colour’s), lamination (Solvent Less/ Solvent Free), Slitting, Pouch making & Doctoring Equipments. We can supply Center Seal 3- Side Sealed, Side /Bottom gusseted and Zip Lock Pouches, Carry Bags, Stand-up Pouches etc. Our other specialized machinery include:
• Gravure Printing Machinery: One 8 – Colour Printing machine of “ Expert Makes with Microprocessor Based Print Registration System, along with Viscosity controller with a working width up to 1000 mm.
• Lamination Machines: One high speed Solvent less/ Solvent free and One Dry / Wet Lamination Machine.
• Slitting/Rewinding Machines: One high speed slitting & rewinding machine of expert make duly fitted with web guiders.
• One Gen set Capacity 110 KVA.
• Total capacity of all these machines is 6.0 MT. per day. |
