About Usur business concern was started in 1972 under the name of M/s. Leader Rubber Industries, by Mr. Verghese Joseph, the Managing Partner of this company. He is a London qualified rubber technologist, who has been associated with two of the most prestigious associates in the field of rubber technology, ANCRT (London) & APRI (London). He has worked in London and Singapore for 5 years. He has got more than 40 years of experience in the field of rubber and technologies associated with it. He produced the first hawai chappal way back in 1959, when he was working for M/s. National Tyre & Rubber Co. (I) Ltd. of Aeroflex Latex cushion fame.
The sales & marketing of this group is handled by Mr. Paul Verghese, who is a management graduate.
Our unit manufactures rubber Footwear and rubber mats. Our rubber Footwear are marketed under the brand name of . This brand has established itself in the market under the brand name of . Our range of footwear have survive in the market all these years due to its high quality, comfort and durability. We use 100% natural rubber (RMA IV) along with high quality synthetic rubbers and rubber chemicals. We have also introduced the Anti Skid technology in our products.
