Jacketed Gaskets |

Jacketed Gaskets. These are suitable for sealing of heat exchangers,
valve cover, autoclaves, manhole etc.

filled double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is fully
enclosed by a two-piece metal jacket

filled single jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is partially
enclosed by a single metal jacket

filled open edged double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is
covered by a two piece metal jacket all over except the outer edge

filled corrugated double jacketed gasket in which asbestos filler is
fully enclosed by a two-piece metal corrugated jacket

Spiral Wound Gaskets |

| We
are offering an array of Spiral Wound Gaskets which are manufactured
as per several international standards. These Gaskets are available
with inner diameter 20-630 MM (Up to 24) and normal thickness of
4.5mm, 3.2mm and 6mm. we can also customized them as per the
requirement of our clients. The outer and inner Catering of the ring
of the Gasket is made with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel with
3.2mm thickness.

Rubber Gaskets |

We are providing a range of Rubber Gaskets which are resistant to aggressive chemical environments and offer outstanding high temperature service. These are made with finest categories of Rubbers. We are manufacturing:
NEOPRENE: These products is used for all outdoor and indoor purposes, further, this is resistant to Chemical, Oils and all weather condition
EPDM: EPDM Gasket rings are resistant to severe outdoor weather conditions, resistant heat and there is no possibility of color fading.
NITRILE (Buna-N): NITRILE (Buna-N) is resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons, gasoline, petroleum oils, mineral and vegetable oils.
NATURAL: The properties of Natural Rubber are that it is extremely resilient and high tensile, its elongation properties are: Resistant to flexing, Permanent set & electricity and Used in food and beverage applications.
URETHANE: It has Outstanding tensile and abrasion qualities; excellent resistance to wear, ozone, oxygen, kerosene and gasoline.
SILICONES: It can withstand extreme heat or cold and retain flexibility easily; it can bear temperature up to from 150 F to 550 F.
VITON: It is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and it is fuel and oil resistant.
