Specially designed mechanical seal for solvent such as TOULUNE , BENZENE , ACITIC ACID , NAPHTA etc for 100% leakproof so as no any accident of fire . No of stages available for different pressure . Used in only low R.P.M so no any friction and extends the life of bearings and mechanical seal . Maximum pressure available upto 100 mtrs and flow upto 750 LPM.

LCMP Series

Leakless canned motor pumps are of centrifugal horizontal design with axial suction inlet and radial discharge outlet are manufactured in single or multi-stage design for modular construction and reliable performance , Leakless canned motor pumps are completely closed-circuit centrifugal horizontal pumps designed without mechanical seal or gland so absolutely sealless & glandless which results 100% leakproof while pump in running operation , An ideal high performance pump which is maintenance free trouble free and leak free years and years , If fed up of leakages from mechanical seal or glands , leakless canned motor pumps gives a reliable and leakfree performance as it doesn’t consist any shaft sealing

Function : -

• Leakage of process liquid is prevented by a means of canned chamber which conceals motor winding and process liquid is totally avoided to pass out from shaft and motor body.

Leakless make LSP Series Self-priming pumps suitable to suct liquid from negative suctions from 3 to 5 Mtrs & for handling highly corrosive liquids like: Conc. Acid + Solvents, Alkali effluents. An ideal pump for underground pits & tanks, barrel unloading and other applications. Trolly mounted on wheels for easy transportation of pump from one plant to another.
