The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required. Double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box and ‘I’ Beam type girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for continuously work & lifting of more load.

Capacity: 1.0 MT to 50.0 MT

Span: 1.0 Mtr. To 40.0 mtrs.

Lift 1.0 mtr. To 30.0 mtrs.

DESIGN : Design as per IS-807 , IS-3177 or IS 4137 considering factor of safety in respect to appropriate class of duty.

MOTORS : The motors are provided sqr. Cage crane duty & slipring type for continuously work. For more than 40 c temperature IP- 65 protection motor provided.

BRAKES : -Single/dual-disc electromagnetic disc brake, Hydraulic thruster brake , as per party requirement D.C. brake provided.

GEAR BOX : The box are made from cast iron and gears are made from carbon alloy steel with 250 to 350 BHN hardness. For smooth & voice free operation helical / spur gear provided.

 

LIMIT SWITCH : Safety limit switch will be provided to prevent over traveling hoisting, north- south and east-west motion
