Inlet nozzles for allowing pressurized air,The Vessel shall be fitted with one safety valve and two falling down handles.The unit is argon arc welded & mirror polished fron inside and outside Complete as per our standard.

Complete unit made out of s.s.316 sterile filteration of small quantity liquids in a closed system where by the effluent may be withdrawn from the receiver flask under sterile conditions Microbiological examination of water beverages, pharmaceuticals preparation etc. can be taken by the unit.

S.S. flask of 300ml clamped to s.s.base with s.s.screen. A filter support and surfaces are mirror polished from inside and outside. The filter holder eliminate any points where bectaria could be trapped. This unit can be autoclave with the membrane filter. Complete as per our standard.

Suitable for washing of rubber / latex stoppers for vials and bottles. Unit consists of outers container of s.s.304 with overflow through. Inner product holder is a s.s.304 perforated basket. The basket is than put in the outer container, washing water flows from a centrally located s.s.pipe. Filtered compressed air is passed through specially desighed sparses pipe which generates a highly velocity flow pattern and fluidizes the rubber stoppers.

The water in the container can be heated if required by electrical heater or a steam coil provided. After each wash cycle quick draining possible with 1” drain valve. All contact part are of s.s.304 Quality.
