Its tank and conveyor are made out of SS304 as well as its four heaters of 2KV size 4000X1100X1000. Its conveyer system carries fruits under water which is heated in a set controlled temperature using heater. The speed of our conveyer is set in desired temperature in order to make sure that fruits remain under water for five minutes. The electric power usage of our machine is 1 HP.
