Portable LPG Density Meters

Overview:

Unique Laboratory Density Meter is a new development especially for liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) measuring. It is based on the resonant method of density measurements and uses small sample volume. Obtained results are instantly converted to relative density (15°C or 20°C or 60°F) in accordance with ASTM D1250 tables. Readings on the LCD facilitate measuring process and eliminate eventual human error. Compact design makes suitable to any place in your laboratory. Additional car power option makes it portable. Combination with PC or Pocket PC makes it as a complete data managing system. WINDOWS based Software allows necessary data processing and simplifies operation for personnel.

In-Tank Density Meters

Overview:

LEMIS process use the proven vibrating element technique which is widely accepted as the most accurate method of continuous online density measurement, LEMIS process engineers made new developments by the introducing unique proprietary design of resonant tube sensor allowing accurate measurement of liquid density. An integral high accuracy Pt-1000 probe continuously monitors liquid temperature allowing temperature compensation and future calculation of reference density, concentration or specific gravity. The technology proves high accuracy of measurement and long term calibration stability even in severs operation conditions. It is insensitive to plant vibration, high variation of temperatures, level, mix or turbulence. A choice of wetted parts materials: from stainless steel for general industrial use, Ni-Span-C for most demanding applications, and Hastelloy for applications where ultimate corrosion resistance is required.

LPG Density Meters

DLG-400 is completely NEW concept of the combine Density and Level detection system. Two different probes has been mounted together to provide high accurate Density, Level and Temperature measurements in seconds. Simple installation requires only one mounting flange for both Level and Density probes. No separate cabling required.
