The raw material for the same is directly sourced from authentic steel producers like SAIL, Essar Surya Roshni etc. and random samples of the raw material are also put to chemical composition tests. Stampings manufactured at our infrastructure confirm to the standards required by our customers. Bulk and regular requirements are manufactured on High Speed Press using the progressive tooling's. Each batch of finished component manufactured at our works is tested for dimensional accuracy with the use of digital verniers and various customized gauges.Periodically profile reports are also obtained from independent agencies like IGTR, Ahmedabad. Poly-wrapped Insulated Copper Winding Wires for Submersible Pump Motors is a recent addition to our product basket. The same is offered through our associate company namely, INFINITE WIRES AND COMPONENTS PVT. LTD., based at Ahmedabad. Copper wires with conductor dia ranging from 0.20 mm to 2.00 mm wrapped with three layers of POY/BOPP films, coating thickness ranging from 0.35 mm to 0.55 mm are manufactured at our NARODA works. The copper coil rods used in the process are EC grade with 99.9% purity guaranteed. The drawn wires are insulated with the best coating material available. Our infrastructure is well equipped with a full fledged lab, where we test conductivity/resistance, tensile strength, high voltage, magger, ageing etc. Each batch is thoroughly tested before its packed for dispatch. Our products match the standards set in IS:8783-1995, Part 4, Sec 3.

Round and Sectional Copper Bars/Profiles for application in rotor slots of motors. These bars are guaranteed for quality. The raw material used is the same EC Grade CC Coils as we use for the wires, sourced from Sterlite or Birla Copper. The same is sized as per the customer requirement and tested before dispatch.

Copper End Rings have application at rotor ends. Copper End Ring manufactured at our units are guaranteed for the copper purity. We have more than 100 tooling combinations to manufacture a wide variety of copper end rings for different designs of V3, V4, V5, V6 and V8 type submersible motors. Copper Rings are available in thickness ranging from 1.50 mm to 5.00 mm.

Our SS Perforated Strainers are suitable for all type of submersible pumps. We have perforation capacity from 0.35 mm to 2.00 mm thickness of SS Sheets with perforations in round and capsule designs. If the customers demand we provide them complete component which is accurately formed, bend and spot-welded, to fit into pump assembly straight away. SS Grades 202 or 304 are used as per customer's requirement. SS Grades are guaranteed to match the order.

MS End Lamination's find application on the stato ends. We have more than 20 tooling combinations to manufacture a wide variety of MS End Lamination's for all type of submersible motors. Prime MS Sheets of thickness from 1.00mm to 2.50 mm are used in the manufacture.

Recent innovations in the pump industry have largely replaced/substituted cast ferrous/non ferrous with the sheet metal parts. As a participant to these innovative techniques we have developed SS 304 components as per drawings of our customers. These are stamped and deep drawn components requiring highest level of precision and accuracy. We have experience and capacities in manufacturing Bowls, Diffuser Casings, Protection Covers, NRVs, Washers etc. suitable for V4 and V6 Type pump sets.
