Vidhani Family enterprise promoted by Mr. Hargovind J. Vidhani, Mr. Kanhaiya J. Vidhani & Mr. Naresh J. Vidhani. Behind the venture is the blessings of their father Shri J. D. Vidhani, who is an civil engineer by profession. He is a veteran in construction & erection of large cement plants. His last working association was with Maihar Cement (A Unit of M/s Century Textiles Ltd.), from where he retired as Presient(Projects) in the year 2000. His principles, vision & experience form the working guidelines for our company.

Mr. Hargovind J. Vidhani, aged 42, is a commerce graduate with strong business acumen, is the brain behind this Company. He is involved in the overall management, marketing & policy decisions of the group.

Mr. Kanhaiya J. Vidhani, aged 38, is a mechanical engineer from G.S.I.T.S, Indore. He is involved in the production, technical and quality aspects involving the management of the group.

Mr. Naresh J. Vidhani, aged 35, is a chartered accountant by qualification. He looks after accounts, finance, project implementation & identifying new markets for the group.

Mr.I.P.Pillai,aged 49, is a diploma in engineering, who has immense experience in the industry, precisely 29 years in various projects & including 7 years with the pump and motor industry. He has set up several backward integration units for the pump & motor industry. He is associated as a director/co promoter of INFINITE WIRES & COMPONENTS PVT. LTD. He is looking after production & quality aspects of the wire unit.

The company together with its associate concerns has a wide variety of products such as winding wires, copper winding wires, perforated strainers, steel perforated strainers largely finding application in electrical, automobile, motors and pumps industries. The company has created capacities mainly in sheet metal working which includes operations of Blanking, Punching, Deep Draw, Perforation, Forming, Welding and Machining of various inputs like copper, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, electrical grade steel and mild steel. We can add customized tools to our capacity to suit any new requirements.

For all our products, we are fully equipped with latest testing equipment which help us to offer the best quality to our customers. Some of the tests that we conduct at our sheet metal unit includes dimensional test, hardness and elongation tests. Some of the testing tools that we use for our sheet metal unit are • Digital & Dial Vernier, • Micrometer, • Customized gauges for dimensional checks,• Core Loss Tester,
• Dial Gauges.

We have a full fledged lab for our submersible winding wire operations. We have equipments to measure conductivity, tensile strength, high voltage performance, aging etc. as set in IS 8783.

For both of our units we outsource chemical composition tests on random basis or on customer's requirements to labs equipped with Spectro facilities.

We not only ensure that the grade of material as per customer's requirement is used but also that it goes through proper process at each stage of manufacturing to packing.

With the support of strong infrastructure base that includes well-structured and fully equipped units, we are able to execute our orders on time. Latest technology facilitates economical and quality production that finally leads to greater customer satisfaction.

Our manufacturing facilities are spread at three locations, H.M. Parts at Naroda Infinite Wires at GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad and Libra Components at Zak, Gandhinagar with total built up area aggregating to around 1200 sq. mtrs. We are amongst few units in the region which is equipped with High Speed Power Press & Progressive Tooling's. We have commensurate facilities to maintain the progressive tools. Besides this we also have mechanical presses and allied machinery for sheet metal parts.

Our winding wire unit is equipped with facilities to draw copper wires, annealing furnaces, wrapping/apping of wires, sintering furnaces and a quality assurance lab.
