CANWin is the-state of-the art PC Windows* based Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy (CAN) Analysis System with interpretation. It analyses both Sympathetic and Parasympathetic autonomic nervous system response of the patient. The system uses TachoCardioGram (TCG) and automatic NiBP (Non-Invasive Blood Pressure) to conduct a battery of six tests. Being fully automatic, CANWin eliminates the need of manual recordings, readings and calculations. Since these tests require patient co-operation, a unique patient prompt panel is provided which helps the patient intuitively. Inbuilt time domain waveform analysis and BP measurements make the task of conducting all six CAN tests very easy. Full disclosures of all TCG based tests depict the validation of conducted tests. CANWin provides a simple & comprehensive solution of the otherwise arduous task for evaluation of CAN.

Ankle Brachial Index Measuring System/Arterial Stiffness Index Measuring System (Atherowin) - Windows* based Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and Arterial Stiffness Index (ASI) Measuring System with interpretation.

AtheroWin is the-state-of-the-art PC Windows* based Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and Arterial Stiffness Index (ASI) measuring System with interpretation.
The system uses automatic limb NiBP (Non-Invasive Blood Pressure) measurement to calculate Right and Left ABI values. It also incorporates PPG (Photoplethysmogram) for Blood-volume waveforms of all four limbs; viz. Right & Left Index finger, Right & Left toes. Both BP and PPG are recorded sequentially using the protocol similar to conventional ABI.

The system also calculates Stiffness Index and Carotid Femoral Pulse Wave velocity. These are established early markers to analyze the arterial stiffness that plays a very important role in prediction of Atherosclerosis. Windows* based AtheroWin software & serial port communication with the AtheroWin instrument turns any PC into a full-fledged ABI & ASI system, with online real time graphs on screen. Loss of sensation due to neuropathy is the major cause of painless injuries to the feet.

Such injuries result into chronic ulcerations and further complications leading to large amputations. Hence early and accurate detection of sensation loss due to neuropathy is the best way to protect the feet from amputation. The vibratory perception threshold at various sites on plantar foot quantifies the loss of sensation. Increase in VPT means diminished sensation and increasing risk.

VibroSense is designed as a digital electronic system with complete mains isolation. VibroSense does not use mains supply directly to generate the oscillations. The frequency and amplitude dependency on AC power supply of common biothesiometers is totally eliminated. Cardio Vascular Risk Analysis System (PeriScope) is the state-of-the-art PC Windows* based Vascular Analysis System with interpretation PeriScope uses automatic simultaneous limb NiBP (Non-Invasive Blood Pressure) measurement and ECG waveform to calculate important parameters like Arterial Stiffness Index, Pulse wave velocities, Ankle brachial Index, Ejection slope etc. Additionally, it incorporates Oscillometric envelopes and interpretive monograms. These are established as independent markers to analyze the arterial stiffness and
Atherosclerosis.

PeriScope also calculates Mean Arterial Pressure, Pulse Pressure, %MAP, Ejection Time etc. All these parameters give a complete picture of vascular function of the patient. It is a very useful tool for prevention, detection and treatment follow up of vascular diseases.
