Incepted in 2003, Lifting Machineries India Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of lifting machines, cranes and other equipment and are the preferred choice of our clients. Our product range includes single girder E.O.T crane, pillar mounted jib crane, semi gantry crane, D.S.L arrangement double girder crane, double girder crane outdoor duty, double girder crane indoor type, gear box, electric hoist and single girder crane.
Under the leadership and guidance of our founder member Mr. Sunil Batra, who is an MBA in marketing and his father Mr. K. L. Batra who has accompanied him in this business. With an experience of 32 years Mr. K. L. Batra has successfully directed us the way through all the thick and thins and has also worked with BHEL. We possess a highly equipped manufacturing unit which can easily develop these cranes and hoists with the use of the latest and modernized machines and tools to meet the production targets.

Quality
Quality has always been our main forte and we strive hard to upkeep the same. To ensure that every equipment is absolutely defect free, we follow stringent quality control procedures. All our products are made with either heavy gauge steel or aluminum tubing. Every steel gantry is dip painted with red gloss industrial quality paint to protect both inner and outer tubing walls. All bolts, pins and hardware are plated to reduce corrosion.
For testing of our products, we have set up a separate quality control department consisting of highly qualified QC analysts and testing instruments like hardness tester, universal testing machines and chemical analysis. All our products are tested for impact and weight lifting capacity. Our experts keep a strict vigil on the quality tests for each and every product manufactured by us.

Manufacturing Facility
With a strong infrastructural base, we are capable of handling in-house production processes. We have installed all the sophisticated machines and high-tech computer facilities for handling the design & engineering jobs during the production process. Our unit can produce cranes and hoists which have a high tolerance power and are rugged and robust. We use various machines like: MiG welding, lathe, radial drill, welding rectifiers and all the fabrication facilities, to manufacture cranes as per the required orders and demands.

Our team consists of technocrats, engineers and allied workforce, who have been in this field and have immense expertise and experience regarding the manufacturing process. Our team is highly professionalized and can easily design cranes according to the mentioned specifications. Research & Development We have an in-house product R & D unit which enables us to retain flexibility of manufacturing lifts and cranes. Our R&D program focuses on advanced crane technologies with superior product features and cost-effective techniques.
