BASE SHELL

Seamless pipes are used for manufacturing base shells for further process. These MS pipes are dynamically balanced and are manufactured under supervision of qualified engineers to maintain dimensional accuracy as per International standards.

DIGITAL ENGRAVING SYSTEMS

Helio K-304 upgraded with MDC Daetwyler has dual facility to engrave from Bromides as well as digital data.

Gravostar 1100 is a versatile machine to cater to varieties of packaging cylinder requirements. It has a capacity to generate different cell profiles, provision for user defines gammas’ for special applications which ensures quality output. Seamless reproduction with wide screen ranging from 100# to 400#.

State of art Gravostar 2215 machine, which is an addition to Lippi’s manufacturing facility. 2215 machine of MDC Daetwyler, is the most advanced digital engraving systems with a high speed head. It is the latest machine developed by MDC to cater to packaging requirement as well as specialized applications such as decorative and coating cylinders. The machine head is equipped with varieties of cell profiles and angles/screens.

We can manufacture cylinders having circumference, 300mm to 1300mm and length ranging from 300mm to 2200mm. Both hollow and shafted.

In short Lippi has combination of Engraving equipments which has German technology with Swiss precision & perfection.

COPPER PLATING

The state of art copper plating technology of Kaspar Walter GmbH , Germany is used to achieve even & fine crystalline copper deposits, which is desired for electronic engraving. Hardness of 180 to 210 Vickers is well maintained trough out the process by strict quality control norms.

Every cylinder produced undergoes strict Quality Check and it is ensured that the desired quality is maintained.

All the copper lines are fully automatic and hence consistent output is achieved, which is very essential for electronic engraving.

COPPER CYLINDER FINISHING/POLISHING

Lippi has to its credit the first Cylinder Finishing Machine(CFM), imported in India from Kaspar Walter, Germany in the year 1995. Further, highly advanced and sophisticated machine of MDC Daetwyler – Polishmaster makes it possible for us to provide the best surface quality of copper which is very essential for cylinder engraving. Both the machines are highly accurate and fully computerized to provide engineering accuracy with a tolerance of +/-3 microns over the length of cylinder upto 1000mm.

HARD CHROME

German technology of chrome plating ensures Lippi’s cylinders Hard chrome quality as per International Standards.
We at Lippi maintain highest chrome plating quality to achieve maximum output with long life of cylinders.

HARD CHROME POLISHING

All cylinders manufactured at Lippi are polished by 3M technology after chrome plating to give a surface finish desired as per International standards.

PROOFING PRESS

The proof press from J.M.Heaford , England substancially reduces production down time before printing. This is the only systems capable of using all printing components, ti give customer a proof comparable to final printing results.

PACKING

Our cylinders are packed in seaworthy export packing to avoid any damage during transit. Special care is taken while packing these cylinders and it is done under strict supervision to
