Little Crafts in the year 1969. Subsequently, its rapid expansion has been bolstered with the growth of "THE OFFICE OF THE UNDERSIGNED" to explore marketing potentialities of the products produced by the parent unit, which since its inception has engaged itself in Designing & Creating various NOVELTIES & GIFT ITEMS of exclusive quality to cater to the requirement and entire satisfaction of the selective consumers in the international market on regular basis. The quality and creativity of the Industry have been appreciated and rewarded in and out of the country to the extent that the long established reputation has attracted many Foreign Collaborations / Joint-Ventures from Italy and Japan. A few exclusive creations having increasing demand from various countries are being displayed for visual appraisal of the users / admirers. Product excellence as well as entrepreneurship of the founder have been equally appreciated and awarded by the National Govt. on many events and occasions. The unit was exclusively selected by the Govt of India to represent Novelties in Indian Leather Products at the 31st International Gift Show at Tokyo in the year 1991 and in the same year Mr. Karmaker was nominated by the Government of INDIA to USA and CANADA to promote marketing of Leather Goods. The entrepreneur with his band of skilled craftsmen has during last three decades crafted hundreds of new models and designs which are considered as ever lasting contribution to the Indian leather goods industry. |
