Heavy duty & Latest type Special designed Band Dryer machines with Special duty Stainless Steel Band (IS: 304), 2740mm (9'-0") or 3960mm (13’-0”) in Width and having Rollers of 3050mm (10’-0”) long or 4370mm (14’-4”) long respectively, 75mm (3”) Bore Guide Rollers under the Band, Normal / Double Cooling Section of 1260mm long each, 1830mm in Extended Feeding End and 1000mm Discharge End.
The Double Jet Nozzles are fitted on Top and Bottom of Band throughout the length of the Band Dryer so as to facilitate better and uniform performance (drying) and equipped with required propellers and Tested Steam / Oil Heating Coils.
The Band Dryer is perfectly insulated with heat resisting glasswool insulation layer of 90mm thick all round, except the base. The machine is complete with Motors, Dynodrive (Infinitely Variable Speed Unit), Digital Temperature Indicator & Roller Chain (1" or 3/4”).
