|  | Moderation Services
Moderation services are referred to a process wherein extreme features of a medium are eliminated or lessened and thereby striking a balance or sense of normalcy. With the view to ensure consistency and accuracy in roller and ball mills, we undertake effective moderation of vertical roller mills and ball mills systems. Assisting in better performance and efficiency, our moderation services are rendered in accordance to the industry, and the requirements of our clients. The specifics of the systems are mentioned below: - Ball Mill Classifier’s upper part is same as of vertical roller mills
- The lower part of the ball mill classifier is a fluidized bed improving material distribution in the air stream improving the efficiency of the classifier.
- The fluidized bed allows the feed to the classifier to be at ground level
- This eliminates the bucket elevator which results in very simplicity in layout and cost-effectiveness in civil work

|  | Retrofitting Services
Owing to our technical proficiency, we conduct retrofitting services for LV classifiers and LV dynamic classifiers. Our retrofitting services involve the augmentation these systems by means of new technology or adding qualitative features. This is done by retrofitting of LV classifier in the existing Ball Mill / VRM (Vertical Roll Mill) circuits or retrofitting of LV dynamic classifier in place of existing grit separator for grinding circuits. This helps in the following: - Enhancing the production capacity
- Providing better particle size distribution of the product
- Reducing the power consumption
- Providing better residue control on the product
