This type is made from MS Rolled Angle or 14BG,COLD FORMED 35 X 35 X 5 mm in standard length 3000 mm. It has a supporting track bracket that is 4 mm thick (fitted) at 750 mm pitch or made to special angle when required.

2. Horizontal Bend Conveyor
It is fabricated from 14BG,COLD FORMED 35 X 35 X 5 mm section to from a central line reduce of 600 - 1200 mm with standard angle of 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° or made to special angle when required.

3. Conveyor Chain
Mono–O–Veyor system is provided with bi-planner type three, and five wheel chain & trolleys having 15”, 12”, 10”, 9” and 6” pitch. Working tension of the chain is 350 kg and the breaking load is 3500kg

4. Guide wheel and Load wheel that are of the same diameter, control the Gyroscopic couple. These two types of wheels help in controlling the vibration or shock caused by the movement while moving through different vertical and horizontal bends.

5. Alloy steel of EN 8 EDD quality is used to manufacture the Mono-O-Veyor's trolleys, links and axle.

6. To ensure a trouble free service and low maintenance, we use high quality carbon and manganese steel balls to manufacture its wheels.

• Straight Track Conveyor
This type is made from MS Rolled Angle or 10BG,COLD FORMED 36 X 36 X 3 mm in standard length 2500 mm. It has a supporting track bracket that is 4 mm thick (fitted) at 625 mm pitch or made to special angle when required.

• Horizontal Bend Conveyor
It is fabricated from 10 BG, cold formed sheet 36 X 36 X 3 mm section to from a central line reduce of 600 - 1200 mm with standard angle of 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° or made to special angle when required.

• Vertical Bend Conveyor
It is fabricated into a similar section that is braced with track brackets with a central line of 600 - 900 mm and 1200 mm. This allows the chain to pass without the link fouling with the track.

• Tension Unit
It is fitted at the end of a 180° horizontal standard loop, compressing two short lengths of track. It is connected together by three adjustable screw roads and four guide roads fitted with springs, providing tension for the conveyor chain.

• Conveyor Chain
These can be available in sizes of 6", 8", 9", 10" and 12" pitch depending upon the chain, horizontal and vertical band radius. It's drive unit is driven by a T.E.F.C. motor and worm reduction gear box that is connected to the drive sprocket, through "V" belts and "V" pulleys. Each unit is fitted with a shear pin device to protect the conveyors from accidental damage due to overload or jamming. It not only powers the system but can also provide the desired speed, speed range, speed control, reversibility or other special characteristics desired in the system. It remains absolutely sound-proof and suitable for trouble free service years together.

The Two Wheel Heavy Duty Conveyors is an automatic and integrative space storing and delivering system. It has a function for delivery, lift, storage and scientific production management. Our Two Wheel Heavy Duty Conveyors are apt for satisfying a large range of manufacturing requirements. These machines are extensively used in the automobile industry. • Tension Unit
It is fitted at the end of a 180° horizontal standard loop and compresses two short lengths of track, connected together by two adjustable sliding system. These are fitted with screw that are further fitted with springs, or gravity take-up providing tension for the conveyor chain.

• Conveyor Chain
Thes can be in different sizes ranging between 348 (Capacity 100 Kg), 458(Capacity 200 Kg), 678(Capacity 600 Kg) pitch depending upon the chain radios. It can carry a load of 1000 kgs or more, when the two trolleys are attached.

• The Drive unit of the machine is run by a T.E.F.C. Motor. It has a worm reduction gear box that is connected to the drive sprocket, through "V" belts and "V" pulleys. Each of its unit is fitted with a shear pin device that protects the conveyors from accidental damage caused due to overload or jamming.
