Quality Policy / ProcessesTo match the true international standards and those of our renowned partners, we lay special emphasis on stringent controls. Quality checks begin right from the raw material, to processing to the final product. No compromise is made on the quality of any input, whether imported or indigenously procured - so much so that the aluminium we use is a special alloy which imparts a long life to the mould. All the moulds are tested before shipment, and therefore once these are delivered to the customer, the same are ready for use.
InfrastructureWe employ world renowned Italian technology for the design and manufacture of the moulds.
To achieve the same Italian standard of product, our people are trained at our collaborator’s works in Italy as well as Italian experts are in our works for ongoing technology and quality training.
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern CNC machines, pentographs, copying and engraving machines and other production facilities.
