Multilne Lubrication System

This Multiline Radial Lubricator provides a compact unit for delivered soft grease or heavy oil under pressure to a given number of different bearing points. It is ideal for lubricating machinery which require regular shots of predetermined quantity of lubricant forced into each individual bearing under pressure. APPLICATION: Multiline radial lubricator is best suited for machine / plant where lubrication is required with high pressure continuously / intermittently for individual point. The lubricator are used for machine / plant like rolling mill, sugar plant, cement plant, rubber mixing machine, forging hammer, stone crusher, sponge iron plant etc. FILLING OF LUBRICANTS: Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually as well as with the help of other pump. For pump 1/4" BSP port is provided on reservoir. INSTRUCTION:Always use proper and clean lubricants, Avoid foreign particles in the pump. The foreign particles or dust items are the main responsible factor to damage physical components of the pump and chocking in the plunger body. Always fill the lubricants before it is empty to avoid air in the pump. The presence of air may be resulted in improper quantity of discharge. Should always carefully with regular maintenance of plungers and reservoir for its long life. Do not plug out out of any pumping unit. Send Enquiry Oil Mist Lubrication System
 | We offer Oil Mist Lubrication Systems, which are designed to feed the Morgan bearing of mill stands of the cold rolling mills. These industrial lubrication systems are incorporated with electric motor driven gear pumps draw oil from a settling or reservoir tank through wire mesh type suction strainer and pass it through cartridge type wire mesh filters to get rid of undue particles. This helps in oil passing through a water cooled heat exchanger to bring down the temperature as per the requirement and then taken out through piping and distributed to the bearings. Then the return oil from the bearings is brought back to the settler through piping. Further, we also provide check valves are after the pump to prevent the back flow of oil. |

 | Our Dual line System is used where large distance in lubrication point. This is high pressure pump and use in steel plants, cement plants. APPLICATION Dual line system is used where large distance in lubrication point, This is high pressure pump and use in steel plants, cement plants. Turbine generator, furnaces, sugar plants, spong iron plant etc. CONSTRUCTION Dual line lubrication system comprising of a single pumping station having pumping elements and fitted on the outer periphery of the housing. Reservoir also mounted on housing and fitted on base plate with moot, gear box. Change over valve, pressure gauge etc. WORKING In dual line lubrication pump the p umping elements push the grease of high pressure (up to 250 kg/cm2) with the help of cam. Cam is driven by speed reduction gear, Grease feed in change over valve from pump elements, Change over valve is to deliver grease through one of the out let parts alternatively after receiving signal from end pressure relay, Distribution of grease at different lubrication point done by Dose feeder and this pump operate by the control panel. DOSE FEEDER Dose feeder having two inputs to be connected with DUAL line which coming from the pumping station. Out lets connection of dose feeder are connect to lube points by branch pipe line. Functioning of each dose feeder can be checked by the movement of indicating pin. Dose feeder available from one out let to six out lets. END PRESSURE RELAY It sense the end pressure and gives signal to change over valve through control panel. For checking the pressure to pressure gauge are provided. ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL Electric control panel is required for operate the lubrication system. Panel has the features main on lubrication, Manual and auto mode indication, Line one and tow on indication, Line fault indication,l Moto trip indication, emergency stop button and other standard control. This control panel is available as per customer requirements. GREASE TRANSFER PUMP Grease transfer pump is penumatic version. This pump is directly mounted in the barrel. It transfer grease to the reservatir of pumping station. |

Our precision-engineered range of mist lubrication system is designed to lubricate and cool the high rotational parts. These systems are best suited for conveyor, machine tools spindle, chain sponge iron plant and cement plant bearing for the purpose of lubrication oil and air is filled in atomizers that help in cooling and lubricating parts. Construction: Mist lubrication system use pump for carrying the oil up to atomizer. In atomizer two port is provided one for oil another for air. This pump is pneumatically operated as well as motorized. These pneumatic pumps are suitable for intermittent lubrication and continuous lubrication also. These pumps have acrylic / metallic reservoir with a capacity 1.5 Liter (the capacities varies with clients’ requirements) and oil filling port is provided on the top. Through air pressure oil comes in junction block (atomizer).
Motorized pump is suitable for continuous and Intermittent and multi point lubrication. Through motorized pumps lubrication come in atomizer with the help of progressive block and metering cartridge / control valve from the atomizer we get the mist lubrication. Working: For efficient working of these systems theses systems are pneumatic operated solenoid valve that controls air flow. The air is used for broken the oil in small fragments (1-5 micron) for this work is one port air and other port oil is fed in atomizer. From the outlet of atomizer made mist lubrication. Feeding the oil up to atomizer we used motorized / pneumatic pump. |
