Brooder Guard For Rearing

The LUBING brooder guard Art. 4510 is made of plastic. To use this brooder guards for rearing the single segments are joined together into rings.

With the connection hings Art. 4512 the single brooder guards are joined together at the top and at the bottom. This ensures a steady stand of the rings and an easy dismantling. The light plastic sections (800 x 400 mm) can easily be erected and dismantled by one person. The complete ring can be transported easily at the handle on the top of the brooder guards. Slots for floor-watering lines are easily cut into the sections. The separation marks are perforated and can be separated with a knife.

Curve Conveyors

The conveyor system is of crucial importance for egg farms of all sizes. Variations in battery arrangement as a rule always require a tailor-made individual solution . That is why we have based our LUBING curve conveyor on the following concept:

Maximum operational safety and minimum maintenance.
A unit construction system with elements designed to cope with any imaginable spot requirements, all kinds of curves, heights and distances.
Conveyor belt widths of between 200 an 750 mm (8 in. - 30 in.).

Cross Conveyors

The LUBING rod-conveyor was designed to be easily and therefore inexpensively installed. The design makes it easy to adapt the conveyor to any given situation. The heart of the system is the mounted conveyor belt which due to its arrangement minimizes the number of damaged eggs.

It is made out of stabilized plastic pipes which are connected by chains on both sides. The belt is guided by profiles made from galvanized steel which are connected to each other by floor supports that can be changed in height. Due to the distance between the pipes smaller eggs will not fall through the belt even at a gradient of 20°

Steep Conveyor

All parts are according to the LUBING curve conveyor system but especially designed for farms with floor management as breeder egg farms as well as conveyors for dirty egg return a.s.o.

The system consits of proven standard parts as drives, bends, pivots, telescopes for lift systems and intermediate drives for long conveyors without transfers are parts of this concept.

Steep inclines or declines are accomplishid on short distances.

Trouble free level changes of 67 inch (1,7 m) height by 39,5 inch (1 m) length are possible.

Custom plans available to suit individual requirements.

The LUBING Steep conveyor „Climber“ works with two outer guided roundlink chains with welded cross bars. This guarantees high performance of function.

Together with the plastic tab elements it is the key point of the conveyor and allows to have inclines or declines up to 60°.In the center of the conveyor no supports or guide elements are needed for dividing or diverting the egg flow
