Sharma, 47 years, Promoter Director: He is a qualified Cost Accountant, Company Secretary Chartered Financial Analysts, and Member AIMA having varied experience of over 25 years in the areas of Corporate Finance, Investments, Management Advisory, Public Issues and related areas of business. He started his career with K.G. Khosla Compressors Limted in 1983 and subsequently worked in varying capacities, the last being a Board position at Vishesh Infosytems Limited. He has been instrumental in concluding business deals in the areas of take over, joint venture and IT related back-end processing.

• Sanjula Gupta, 43 years, Chartered Accountant: Having over 14 years of experience in Finance and Taxation. She was earlier practicing as partner in Mohinder Arora & Co. before starting her own practice. She is engaged in consultancy business for the last 7 years and is doing audit and taxation work along with corporate finance work.

 • Vinod Sahni, 36 years, Chartered Accountant: He has over 12 years experience in finance and taxation. He is engaged in audit and taxation practice and is looking after the client interaction and business sourcing.

 • Madan Arora, FCA: He has over 22 years of practical experience in corporate audit, taxation, sales tax. and advisory. Currently he is handling large corporate auditing and taxation matters. His strength is in developing and getting the Business from the various user segments.
