We are manufacturing standard/ DOL (Direct-On-Line) Controllers to serve elevator industries. These are made specially for the elevators. They have a swift operating system with a 5 Hp motor, with clear digital indications. The controllers have minimum maintenance requirements during working. Standard/DOL are of 2 types:
• G 20 Firs (21 stops) Down Collective
• G 15 Firs (16 stops) Full Collective Features of controllers:
• Solid state sensing of terminal switches for minimum maintenance during working.
• Clear and detailed LED indications on card for ease of maintenance.
• Neutral free control suitable during temporary power supply at the time of erection.
• SMPS assures reliable working even at low voltages.
• A M. S. cover on control card takes care of EMI and EMC interference and avoids hang-ups.
• Lugs and ferrules ensure reliability and easy traceability of signals respectively.
• Good quality WAGO connectors ensure better electrical connection for trouble free service.

Our range of elevator controllers also include V3F/AC drive controller. This enables easy electronic control of drive. It consists of 2 compartments used for the electronic control and the drive. This helps in reducing the EMI and/or EMC interference due to carrier frequency. Work Process:
• To increase the stability of control high voltage, high frequency, high power signals are isolated from the electronic signals.
• The breaking resistance, mounted outside the drive cabinet provides a better dissipation of heat and this in turn ensures better control over the motor for leveling accuracy and repeatability.
• An exhaust fan is also provided to clear the motor of the heat produced during its working.

Our company also manufactures control card to further enhance the control of the elevators. This has been manufactured with many modern facilities to add to its working procedure. For its easy working it has been provided with a digital operating system and an attendant. The control card is also provided with fire i/p facility for its safe usage. Further, it is also provided with the option of automatic and manually operated doors. Apart from this, it also has an on board voice annunciator, for easy use. Its LCD display helps to avoid any false diagnosis. Our company made control cards are suitable for :
• Up to G 20 Floors (21 stops) Down Collective, or
• Up to G 15 Floors (16 stops) Full Collective
• Duplex or multiple Lift Controller of above stops

We are manufacturing relay cards to aid the operation of elevators. This is a compact card which acts as a diagnosis cum indication card for shaft signals. Relay cards provide an easy readability which enhances the understanding of the shaft indications and relay names. It also functions as a high voltage converter card, with a solid state nature it requires no maintenance compared to old fashioned relays. They further provide easy control of contractors or drives for easy and simplified operation. Apart from this the same card can be used for all types of applications like DOL, VVVF, hydraulic and duplex, which requires little maintenance and clear readability of the signals. This same card can be used for any number of floors. Our relay card helps in reducing the maintenance work for the workers as one card is applicable to all applications.

To further enhance the working of the elevators we manufacture HOP (Landing Push Button Operating Panel). These panels are manufactured of good quality SS sheets, with the use of relevant electronic components. They are installed in the panel outside the elevator system and aid the easy calling of the elevator to that floor. These are available in 25 mm and 12 mm sizes and come in a wide assortment of colors like blue, green, red, grey and orange.

We also manufacture COP or car operating panels, for the functioning of the elevators. These are installed in the lift cabin to assist the working of the elevator systems. Made from SS and relevant electronic components they simplify the operation of the elevators. Our range of COP is available in 25mm and 65 mm sizes and in different colors such as red, blue, green, grey and orange.

We manufacture fire alarms, a safety device for the elevator industries. These can be easily installed in elevators in all types of buildings. Manufactured of required electronic components, the fire alarms are battery operated and hence efficient. It is manually operated which simplifies the operation. It has appropriate alarm initiating, alarm notification.

We also manufacture hexagonal buttons for the operation of the elevators. They are manufactured with electronic components and are safe to be installed in any lift. These buttons are specially made to facilitate the working of the landing operating systems and car operating systems. The buttons can be easily installed with the help of our technicians.

For the enhanced working of the lifts we manufacture electric wire harness. They are specially prepared for all types of buildings and in all types of controllers. It is configured on the basis of floor height, overhead, length in M/C room and distance from the duct, with these details a harness for the entire building can be built.

Without the help of skilled technicians and engineers the wire harness is easily installed and hence helps save wiring time and labour. This also enables error free connection of the wires, reduces the wire wastage and are economically priced.
