Lutterberg GmbH is engaged in the export of industrial water treating system, high quality water treatment plants for the purification purpose. Water treatment is basically a process of removing undesirable chemical and biological contaminants from raw water. Most water is purified for a human consumption. But water purification may also be designed for a variety of other purpose. The purification process of water may reduce the concentration of particulate matter including suspended particles, parasites, bacteria, algae, viruses, fungi; and a range of dissolved and particulate material derived from the minerals that water may have made contacted after falling as rain.

This waste water treating system is used for industrial water treating system. On the basis of of our work experience, we design the treating way on “putting chemical-reaction-air flotation-filter-absorption”. After the the treatment, the water is up to the environment standard and can be discharged. The contamination of the waste water is mainly sludge and ph. Sludge is heavy, in this treating process, we firstly, make the sludge sink down, then its treated on the air floating way. The ph is adjusted by PH measurement. The reacting tank is divided into two tanks, working on the push floating way. The first tank is filled in the acid coagulating agent then keep it 8 minutes to make the ph upto 8-9.5, the second tank is added to the coagulant aids and keep for 7 minutes. After the reaction , the mixation of sludge and water flows into air flotation system. In order to guarantee the water quality, the waste water after sinking passes to the filter and active carbon column, this is the second treating step. Finally the clean is up to the standard to be discharged or reused.
