Team / ManpowerThe firm is led by Mr L V V Iyer, a well-known specialist in India on corporate law with over 25 years' experience in the field.
Mr Iyer specializes in major international agreements, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, and has successfully conceptualized and implemented over 40 M&A proposals in large industrial groups, some of which were the first of their kind in India.
A former co-chairman of the Expert Committee on Company Affairs, Assocham ( New Delhi ) and member of the editorial board of AIR Corporate Law Cases, Mr Iyer has addressed over 350 symposia / conferences.
Mr Iyer is one of the main editors of Guide to Companies Act (A Ramaiya) and Law Lexicon (Ramanathan Iyer). He also edits the Labour Law Journal, a premier journal on labour laws.
Mr Iyer has authored A Guide to Company Directors, and is a regular columnist in SEBI and Corporate Laws, a leading fortnightly corporate law journal.
The firm's other partner, Mr.R.Ramesh Chandra has extensive corporate law exposure having worked in large companies as the legal head and company secretary. He along with Mr.Iyer is a regular columnist in AIR Corporate Law Cases.
