Alprothane 4000
These are the polymers made from Alprothane 4000 by reacting with MOCA. It is slight hazy to clear light color liquid with 3-4% NCO.

Alprothane 5000
They have the same manufacturing process as Aloprothane4000.

AlproCast 4000

Alprogel 2000
It is two-component polyurethane elastomer system, on mixing two components at room temperature forms a highly flexible elastomeric material.

• Pot life : 2 to 3 hrs.
• Curing Time : 8 hrs.

These are cycloaliphatic amine adduct for use as an epoxy hardener in solvent free epoxy systems. They have light color and low viscosity which imparts a very useful initial viscosity to the epoxy resin, hardener and filler mixture which considerably simplifies handling of the material and helps in attaining good surface properties..

These epoxy and hardeners can be used in various fields like self levelled flooring, floor coatings and castings. Their color appearance is from colorless to pale yellow liquid and are available in packaging of 30 and 200 kg.

Potting compounds on mixing with hardener at ambient temperature results in a hard, flexible cured mass with a low exothermic rise in temperature.
Potting compounds are available in two categories :

• AlproCast 1000 - It is a red viscous liquid is widely utilised for encapsulating electrical appliances. It is ideal in joining kits for PILC, XLPE, Rubber cables as well as high tension systems and insulators. Available in packaging of 1 kg, 2kg and 30 kg.
• AlproCast 2000 - Alpro cast 200 is a viscous liquid that seals cracks, pot holes in concrete structure. Used for encapsulation and is available in packaging of 30kgs.

These compounds comes in three variants :

• Alprothane 2828 – It is a two pack polyurethane coating having applications in different fields. The coating formed on curing Alprothane 2828 is hard and as well flexible providing very good adhesion to the substrate. It has an excellent adhesion to various substrates viz. concrete, metal, paper, wood, textile, leather etc. The product finds applications as a primer for various coatings like polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, etc. Its available in packing options of 1kg, 5kg and 30 kg.

• AquaCease 1416 - Its a specifically formulated acrylic emulsion to be used with cement/ cement mixtures to provide waterproofing to the structures which improves the performance of cement in plasters, mortar, concrete etc. in terms of water proofing, repair, bonding, setting etc. The mixing ration is 2 parts of cement followed by one part of Aqua cease 1416.

• AquaCease 1530 - A water based acrylic coating for water proofing of structures. It only allows water vapours to pass through is, whereas water is completely prohibited. Its features like UV protection and weatherability makes it lasts for long. It is available in packing of 4kg and 20 kg.
