Our specialization of Rubber Moulding is in Natural Rubber as well as Synthetic Rubbers are Neoprene, Nitrile, Viton, Silicone, Butyle, Epdm and also process in polyrethene, teflone as cast nylon Materials.

Our products have been supplied to OEMS in Engg. Industries, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Power, Fertilizer, Ceramic, Textile, Printing & Packaging and many special application. To cater the specific requirements of our valued customer, we have trained workforce and technology to manufacture and deliver our products in time and with competitive price and thereby enabling our customer to keep their products prices at a competitive level.

Quality Policy / Processes

Mould Polymers has a systematic Design and Engineering Department to look after special requirements of Dies and Tools Designing. This esures the best quality Mould designand rejection is limited to a bare minimum level. We have different types and sizes of Precision Presses as well as Dies to ensure Quality Mass Production.

We have a very long and successful experience in Compound Development which plays a major role in the performance of our products. Our compounds have been tested as per IS and ASTM standard specification inhouse as well as under Third Party inspection Agencies. We maintain a strict Quality Control on our products by using most modern techniques and methods. Our testing complies to IS and ASTM standard requirements wherever specified. We have manufactured Rubber parts under very Close Tolerances.
