Quality Standards

We lay our utmost attention in providing world class facilities as per the international standards. The range offered by us is carefully checked at each stage at certain parameters so that it ensures our clients with quality product range.

Right from the beginning, we work in close collaboration with our farmers to keep an eye on all the procedures. From the seedling stage to the harvesting stage, we use natural and organic methods for the betterment of the range. We pay greater emphasis on various stages which are as follows:

• Picking
• Transporting
• Grading to packing

Apart from this, we also have Indian and world class standards such as ISO9001:2000, ISO 14000, HACCP, EUREPGAP. We maintain the freshness and purity of our entire range.

Further, we are much concerned to protect our dehydrated range thereby; we provide controlled temperature and humidity for the goodness of their flavor, color and nutrients. Also, we strictly avoid artificial preservatives. There are certain parameters on which we conduct our quality testes. Some of the parameters are following:

Logistics

In dealing with our vast range, we have developed a close knit of our services and advanced facilities to cater our diverse range of fruits and vegetables in fresh and pure form. We have following facilities such as transportation and cool chain for the systematic shipment and maintenance of our assortment of range.

Transportation

For the easy transportation of our wide range, we possess our own fleet of special refrigerated carriers for transporting our array from the vast farm to factory and from factory to final shipment. In addition to it, we take proper care and hygiene of the range and it is regularly inspected and maintained.

These are hygienic and routinely. These have been planned out in such a manner to suit the international standards and thereby, assist in maintaining the cool chain.

Cool Chain

We cater our clients with the quality, tasty and nutritive range so as to offer them full satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed a highly structured cold chain system for the proper transportation of our wide array. This cold chain is maintained right from transporting fruits and vegetables from our farm to our factory. Also, we possess special cooling areas such as pre-cooling rooms, ripening rooms and cold storage. For our dehydrated range, we provide a low temperature dehydration technology to seal in the flavor, color and nutrients.

Warehousing & Packaging

We have a vast area of Agri Export Zone (AEZ) for the proper warehousing and packaging of our wide spectrum of range. The entire area is categorically divided into many sections so that our range can be stored and managed in a designed manner. We provide moderate temperature conditions and desired moisture content, to store the range of fruits and vegetables in a fresh and pure stage.

We possess lush green farms to produce qualitative and quantitative amount of fruits and vegetables. These are carefully hand-picked by trained pickers and stored in hygienic plastic containers for transportation. They are handled with great care to assure that each stays fresh and without blemish. They are transported to our factory in specially refrigerated trucks to retain their freshness.

Apart from this, packaging is also a crucial part of our procedure. The range of our fresh fruits and vegetables is carefully packed in corrugated sheets and papers to prevent it from any sort of damage and spoilage.
