Bajji-Bonda Powder

Bajji-Bonda Powder

INGREDIENTS: Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Maida Flour, Salt, Chilli, Sodium bi-Carbonate, Asafoetida etc.

PREPARATION

BAJJI: Mix the "Maamis Bajji-Bonda Powder" in sufficient water. Dip your favourite sliced vegetable (like Banana, Potato, Onion, Brinjal, Green Chilli, Boiled Egg etc.) in the mixture and fry n edible oil. Now the tasty Maamis Bajji is ready.

BONDA:Add chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves to this Maamis Bajji-Bonda Powder and mix in little water. Make this into small balls and fry in edible oil. Now the tasty Maamis Bonda is ready.BAJJI: Mix the Maamis Bajji-Bonda Powder in sufficient water. Dip your favourite sliced vegetable (like Banana, Potato, Onion, Brinjal, Green Chilli, Boiled Egg etc.) in the mixture and fry in edible oil. Now the tasty Maamis Bajji is ready.

INGREDIENTS: Fennel, Cinnamon, Staranise, Coriander, Chilli, Bay Leaves, Dry Ginger, Mint, Onion, Caraway, Cumin, Cardamom, Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, Turmeric, Salt, Refined Edible Oil, etc.

PREPARATION: Fry 2 chopped onion and add 50gm Maamis Briyani Masala with required water and coconut milk. Let this boil for few minutes. Then add 1 Kg rice along with 300gm favourite vegetables or 600gm half boiled mutton or chicken and cook this mixture. Finally add ghee or vanaspathi to taste.

INGREDIENTS: Chilli, Salt , Dry Ginger, Garlic, Onion, clove, cinnamon, Cardamom, Monosodium Glutamate, Refined Edible Oil, etc.

PREPARATION: Apply 50gm of this Masala for 1 Kg of cleaned Chicken pieces and let it soak for 45 to 60 minutes. No need to add salt. Fry the soaked pieces in edible oil.

PREPARATION:

FISH CURRY: Add Fried Onion, Tomatoes etc., 50gm masala, 1 Kg fish pieces, salt to taste and conconut paste to one litre boiling Tamarind mixture and cook for 10 minutes.

FISH FRY: Apply 50gm masala, salt to taste, for 1 kg fish pieces and let it soak for one hour. Fry the soaked fish pieces in edible oil.

PREPARATION: Use 50gm of this Maamis Mutton Masala for 1 kg meat. Fry chopped onion, tomatos, etc. in oil along with masala powder. Add required water, salt to taste and cleaned mutton pieces and boil the mixture to prepare mutton curry. If mutton kuruma is intended, add coconut paste instead of tomatoes. Vegetable curry can also be prepared in the same manner.

Mix them all with 100gms of favourite vegetables, 2 tomatoes, little tamarind juice, salt and 2 spoons of Maamis Sambar Powder. Cook this mixture for 15 minutes. Finally spread some coriander leaves on it. The tasty Sambar is ready to serve.
