We manufacture a variety of graphite products like graphite flakes and powders with various specifications and for various applications. We also offer our special bigger flake in size of +20 ASTM meshes which is very rare. Our products are in available variable specifications like graphite powers S40, S50, S60, S470, N90100 and N90200. Also graphite flakes MG1, MG2 and MG2S. Our company has established good infrastructure facilities in which we have different departments equipped with modern technological machineries to produce quality graphite flakes and powders. We have various departments like procurement unit, quality control, manufacturing unit, warehousing and packaging unit. We also have a good sales and marketing department besides experienced administrative block.

Management Setup

The company has been promoted by Mr Ajit Kumar Naik who has wide experience in the industry. He has wide international exposure in carbon based products in the company. One of the other partners, Mr Kalpesh J Patel is looking after commercial operation of the company who has two packaging and printing companies in Mehsana. Both of them have wide experience in graphite business.

Manpower

We have employed many skilled, experienced and dedicated technicians, researchers, developers and allied workers. They are the backbone of our company in every activity in promoting the company’s standing. We have also employed qualified engineers, warehousing and packaging professionals to look after their individual activities. Similarly our members in the research and development is involved with locating the areas rich in graphite resource and helps us in developing the best out of it.

We consider quality as a paramount feature of our company. We therefore undertake various measures to produce super quality graphite power and flakes in relation to raw material procurement, inspection during the production etc. We observe the following parameters in regard to

Our quality control experts undertake stringent quality tests to give complete assurance of the quality to our customers.

Our Research and Development staff members conduct various tests regularly on our raw material procured from reputed vendors to make sure that it conforms to the specific standards required for the purpose. They are provided with regular training programmes and go through various journals and magazines to find out any new developments in the industry.

Our warehousing and packaging unit is spread over a big area with different sections meant for each particular product. The unit is fully ventilated and moisture-free. We have employed professional staff members to undertake various activities of the unit.

As one of the partners, Mr Kalpesh J Patel has his own packaging company he is an expert in packaging sector. He has employed good professionals in our company who has been trained for packaging various flakes and powders.

We deal in graphite flakes and powders which is an important non toxic mineral of carbon. Graphite contains various superior properties like lubrication, high temperature resistance, electricity conductivity, chemical stability, leakage resistance, anti-corrosive and many other properties. Since we manufacture graphite flakes and powders having these properties and due to its minimum availability as against its demand in India and abroad our product is used by many mining industries, foundries, lubricant manufacturing industries and many other industries.
