The unit is equipped with highly sophisticated modern machineries based on German technology. Our in-house tooling facilities is headed by an expert tool and die engineer with two decades of experience in manufacture of precision tools and dies of each and every type of leather watch strap required by the watch industry, We have all facilities to develop any and all types of dies for specific requirements of our customers. Our skilled work force ensure that utmost care is given to the minute details whether it is material selection, design or manufacturing technologies to ensure products of excellence. Apart from wide range of straps from our standard range, we can offer custom made straps under our custom moulding service. We base our approach on our brilliant expertise, uncompromising attitude towards quality and customer centric approach. Currently, we are equipped to produce one lakh pieces of straps per month and with provision for increasing capacity as and when required.
