Cutting Machine For Power Chords & Battery Cables M/s ‘Machine Makers R.S.’ have introduced a ‘Power Cable Cutting machine’ for cutting multi-core power cables. This is a specially developed High Speed High Accuracy Machine for cutting of power cables, battery cables as well as single core wires. The machine can be used for processing flat cables, as well.
This power-packed machine ensures high production volumes and low manufacturing costs. With these machines, the cost of cable cutting is around 10 to 15 paisa per 100 cables. Machine being accurate, it saves copper and often the saving in copper cost is much more than the labour saving. Most importantly, this machine does not require any compressor and can be operated with single-phase electric supply. A combination of motor, clutch and brake delivers a very high cutting force. The machine’s noise level is also quite low.
This machine is tabletop, user-friendly, and automatic. Any operator can be trained within 5 minutes to operate it. Machine is available with microprocessor controls. A simple and smart keypad and display is used for setting the length, target quantity, batch qty and other processing parameters.
It comes with in-built production counter, which indicates the number of cuts taken.
The standard machine (Model CTO 15) can cut cables of up to 9 mm in O.D.
The up-graded version (Model CTO 16) of this machine is able to cut copper braided ropes of up to 11 mm diameter or battery cables of up to 35 sq mm.
These machines can cut wires and cables of length from 5mm to 9meters. A special version for up to 25 meters is also available.
Depending upon the length, this machine can process around 1000-2200 pieces per hour.
To get a proper speed and length a wire pre-feeding arrangement such as de-reeler may be required. The same is not within the scope of this machine.

Cutting Machine For Heat Shrink Tubes & Plastics Sleeves M/s ‘Machine Makers R.S.’ have developed and manufactured cutting machine for heat shrink tubes as well as other plastic tubes and sleeves. It cuts the sleeves to accurate length and also that too at a very high speed..
The machine uses special guides for different types and sizes of sleeves/tubes. This ensures a good cut. All other setting is completely digital.
This machine is tabletop, user-friendly, and automatic. It is available with microprocessor controls.
A simple and smart keypad and display is used for setting the length, target quantity, batch qty and other processing parameters.
It comes with in-built production counter, which indicates the number of cuts taken.
The standard machines can cut heat shrink tubes from 3mm dia to 20 mm dia. Round tubes of up to 10 mm diameter can be cut on this machine.
The length can be set from 5mm to 9meters.
Depending upon the length, the machine can process around 3000-12000 pieces per hour. (You may require separate de-reeler to provide free sleeve to machine.)
The machine works on single-phase electric supply and 5 bar pneumatic supply.

Cutting Machines For Corrugated Tubes M/s ‘N.T.Machines’ have developed and manufactured cutting machine for corrugated tubes. It is useful for pre-slit as well as un-slit PVC corrugated tubes.
The machine uses a specially developed unique cutting mechanism and belt feeding system. Both these ensure that the hollow tubes do not collapse during feeding or cutting.
This machine is tabletop, user-friendly, and automatic. It is available with microprocessor controls. A simple and smart keypad and display is used for setting the length, target quantity, batch qty etc. It comes with in-built production counter, which indicates the number of cuts taken.
The standard machines can cut corrugated tubes from 5mm diameter to 32 mm dia.
It can cut around 2000 tubes of 100 mm length per hour.
The machine works on single phase electric supply and 5 bar pneumatic supply.

Wire Cutting Stripping Machine For 0.5 To 2.5 Sqmm- Ctss 33 M/s ‘Machine Makers R.S.’ Have developed and manufactured a range of ‘Automatic Wire Cutting cum Insulation stripping machines’.
Each one of them is an accurate and efficient machine to cut PVC coated electric wires and also to remove the insulation from both ends. That is to cut and strip wires from a bundle of wire, so as to make them ready for wiring and harnessing.
These machines are user-friendly, tabletop, fully automatic machines. They are incorporating the state of the art technology and are economic alternative to costly imported machines.
These machines can cut and strip single core, multi-strand PVC insulated electric wires. Partial as well as full stripping is possible.
A production rate of around 2500 wire pieces per hour can be achieved (Refer table on the next page). Smaller wires can be fed two at a time to get almost double productivity.
These machines are manufactured with high quality, robust, imported stepper motors.
Machines are supplied with V blades for cutting and stripping a range of wires.
These machines come with microprocessor based controls. These controls are housed in a separate control panel, with adequate cooling. This is essential for hot Indian conditions in summer.
Apart from standard control configuration, PC based control system giving a complete database solution with wire planner is also available.
Machines require single-phase 220 V AC stable electric supply and a compressed air supply at 4-bar pressure.
-Wires from 0.5 sq mm to 6 sq mm can be processed on model CTSS 32.

Cutting Stripping Machine For Battery Cables M/s ‘Machine Makers R.S.’ have developed and manufactured cutting and stripping machine (Model RAE-Ser 21) for battery cables. The machine is suitable for cables up to 50 sq mm cross-sections. It cuts the cable to accurate length and also removes insulation from both ends.
CTSS 303 uses a specially developed belt feeding system. It takes care of heavy frictional forces required for stripping thick cables.
This machine is tabletop, user-friendly, and automatic. It uses different sets of blades for various sizes of cables. All other setting is completely digital. .
It is available with microprocessor controls as well as PC based controls. A simple and smart keypad and display is used for setting the length, target quantity, batch qty etc. It comes with in-built production counter, which indicates the number of cuts taken.
