Our range of D.C. Motors is main pole and interpole which is made of laminated sheet steels. Rotors are built up of low silicon steel laminations. The insulation class for standard D.C. motors is `B¿. `F¿ & `H¿ class motors which are available as per the specific requirements. Entire range is available in horizontal foot mounting as well as vertical flange mountings type. Standard Motor is shunt wound and is also available in series and compound wound motors. AC Generators (Alternators) is vital part of the motor. D.C. geared motors are available in worm as well as helical type gear box, foot and flange mounted. One of the best designed gear box is offered by us to our esteemed clients. Speed Reducer gear box is simple in construction with liberal ribbing increasing heat dissipating area. Gear box is designed and made of quality close grain cast iron. Specially designed fan, vital part of the machine is effective in either direction of rotation. Alloy steel made worm and worm shafts are supported on ball or roller bearings. The worm wheel is made of special phosphorbronze. A positive lubrication system attached with the machine is operative in either direction of rotation and is also effective in any mounting position. Worm reducers are available in both universal mounting type and fixed base mounting type. Universal type worm reducer facilitates a wide range of mounting positions by changing the necessary mounting legs. The range is available in five sizes ranging from 1.1/8" to 3.1/2" shaft centers and ratio between 5:1 to 70:1 in single stage and upto 4900:1 in two stages (Double Reduction). While fixed base mounting type Gear box is available in ten sizes from 4" to 17" shaft center and ratio between 5:1 to 70:1 in single stage and upto 4900:1 in two stages (Double Reduction). Control panel for speed control of D.C. Motor is available in D.C. rectifier, dimmer type. The board consists of MCB which offers both overload & short circuit protection. It performs efficiently for controlling the output voltage. Vital component i.e. contactor, relay and rectifier all are housed in an elegant sheet steel enclosure. Voltmeter, ammeter, push buttons and other controls are mounted on the panel. The model available with us is thyristor control unit/silicon control rectifier which consists of on-off switch, push button, volt meter, ammeter, full wave bridge rectifier with R.C. filter for armature and field, spike suppressor. In addition, solid state electronic circuit made by using high stability industrial grade semiconductors and IC fuses, indicating lamps and other controls are also mounted on the panel.
