This is a high precision grade i accuracy lathe featuring flame hardened bedways with over 300 BHN hardness, hardened and ground headstock gears, hardened and ground alloy steel spindle running in anti-friction taper roller bearings.

The machine is supplied complete with suitable hp 440 volt 3 phase ac electric motor, r/f switch, v belts, 2 mt centres with centre bush, inch & mm gears, oil can, spanner & set of allen keys and instruction manual. The machine is supplied fitted with totally enclosed dial type oil bath norton type gear box.

It is available in four models with bed length of 1370mm with 177mm centre height to bed length of 2440mm with centre height of 215mm.

Many extra optional accessories is offered including motorized coolant pump with tank and fittings, starting third shaft with instant foot brake and control panel, rear splash guard and taper turning attachment and 4 jaw dog chuck, 3 jaw true chuck, etc.

This is a precision all geared universal & vertical milling machine with hardened and ground head stock gears.

The machine offers 18 automatic table feeds and 2 rapid feeds with 12 spindle speeds ranging from 40 to 1120. The machine is supplied complete with electric motors, control panel, arbor and bushes. Optional equipment avail. includes Vertical attachment, Ram type vertical head with independent motor, rack cutting and slotting attachments, machine vice, rotary indexing table, universal dividing head, electric coolant pump with fittings, ISO 40 milling adaptor and machine lamp.

The machine is available in four table sizes (in mm): 1270 x 280,
1400 x 330, 1600 x 355 and 1800 x 400mm.

This is a motorised model Hydraulic control Hacksaw Machine. It is equipped with feed control device, automatic lifting and lowering arrangement of saw frame with mechanical coolant pump, vice and machine belt guard.

Hydraulic Control Hacksaw Machine is supplied complete with suuitable HP AC Electric motor, on-off Starter and V belts. The machine is available in different capacities from 175 mm round bar upto 600 mm round bar cutting capacity. The higher capacity machines are supplied with double cylinder Hydraulic system.

Two types of Hydraulic Presses are available. Hand Operated Hydraulic Presses and Motorised Hydraulic Presses. These presses are All Steel fabricated body construction Hand or Motorised Hydraulic Presses. Both Presses suitable for embossing, pressing, drawing, broaching, straightening, bending, riveting, breaking, jointing, opening etc. These are provided with two stage hand pump and useful in all type of industries

The Low pressure pump is used for rapid advance of position at low pressure. The High pressure cylinder is provided with a bronze lining and is used for slow advance at high pressure. Motorised models are supplied with suitable 440 volts 3 phase AC electric motor & starter.

This is a versatile machine designed to handle multiple tasks. Besides the main operations of Surfacing, Thicknessing, Sawing, Rebating of wooden planks, with additional optional attachments, it is also suited for grooving, drilling, grinding and moulding too.

It is available in two models having surfacing capacity of 13" width and 18" width with thicknessing capacity of 7" and rebatting capacity of 1/2" for both models.
The machine with 13" width surfacing is having 48" long surfacing table and 22" long thicknessing table and the 18" width machine is having 61" long surfacing table and 26" long thicknessing table.

The machine is supplied complete with electric motor, 3 planner blade fitted in cutter block, circular saw blade, grooving cutter and safety guard. Planner blade grinding attachment to fix on this machine for resharpening of blades is also available.

This is a heavy duty precision pillar drilling machine.

The machine is supplied complete with suitable HP 440 volt 3 phase AC electric motor, R/F switch, V belts. Heavy duty drilling vice, Coolant pump with fittings and tapping attachments are available as extra accessories against order.

It is available in three models with drilling capacities of 25mm, 32mm and 38mm in mild steel.

This is a precision heavy duty all geared radial drilling machine.

The machine is supplied complete with suitable HP 440 volt 3 phase AC electric motors for main spindle, Elevating motor and for Coolant pump with Control panel with limit switches. Heavy Duty Box table is also supplied as standard accessory.

It is available in three models with drilling capacities of 38mm and 50mm in mild steel and with distance between Spindle centre to Column centre of 1160mm, 1270mm and 1500mm.
