This is a motorised variable speed control Hollow Tube making machine ideal for making Gold hollow pipes for Gold Jewelry making and other applications. It can also handle silver, copper and other soft metal for making hollow pipes.

We also offer a TIG Welding unit attachment which will weld the pipe exactly at the place where the two ends of the metal strip are meeting to form the pipe and a suitable adjustable attachment is provided to hold the TIG welding torch to do proper welding while the tube is guided through the set of forming rollers.

The tube forming machine is provided with variable speed feature to facilitate production of excellent quality tube at higher production capacity. The machine is fed the precisely cut metal strip through one end of the machine holding the take up spool and after feeding through set of forming rollers and finally passing over the TIG welding torch for excellent welding, the seamless tube is guided out through the other end of the machine.

This floor model Hollow Tube making machine is a motorised model tube forming machine ideal for making hollow gold and silver rings and bracelets. Gold or Silver strip of metal is fed through the hollow drawing die to get the required shape of hollow tube depending on the shape of the drawing die. One can draw hollow round, oblong or heart shape hollow pipes which is wound onto the mandrel of required diameter. 

This hollow tube drawing machine is supplied with suitable drive Electric motor suitable to run on 220 volt single phase supply fitted to special gear box drive with electric control panel box to allow variable speed control.

Precision Bending Brake (Box and Pan Folding Machine) consists mainly of a frame of robust contruction and a bending beam precisely supported on either side and provided with operating handles. Further of a top beam with solid clamping beam, a clamp for securing the sheet to be bent and an adjustable material guage.

The operating handles of the bending beam can be set two positions in order to obtain the most favourable working positions. On either side of the machine the angular displacement of the bending beam can be adjusted roughly & precisely by a guage. The clamp is operated by a handle on the right hand side of the machine. The adjustement of the clamping mechanism to the correct sheet thickness is effected by means of two nuts at the front of the top beam.

The machine is supplied with folding type fabricated stand for easier wooden case export packing.
