Machine Vision Plus

 v  APPLICATIONS: 

                This system is mainly used for Security purpose as well as for collecting Toll TAX from each vehicle, No need to collect cash from the car owners, just from their Number plate, tax is credited from their account. 

              The different applications of system includes:-

•   Collect Tax/parking Charges from each Vehicle directly from the car owner’s account, no need to collect cash or swipe debit/credit card.
•  Give the penalty to that particular vehicle person if the number plate has the defect or not found on the vehicle.
• Finding the vehicle is in the parking or not.
• Generating alert notifications as any vehicle found suspicious material.      

•    It is totally customized solution according to different application.
•    The system is having Software for making decision according pre Defined Criteria.
•    We have VISION NPR PLUS software. The software is designed especially for NPR (Number Plate Reading) System.
•    Camera, Optics and Illumination are used mainly for grabbing image of vehicle. Then camera transfers image to the Industrial PC(I-PC).
•    Sensor is used to synchronize vision system with machine.
•    There is software in the I-PC, processes and inspects particular image of the Vehicle and check that inspection criteria are fulfilled or not.
•    As soon as Number on the Plate recognized by camera, the amount of tax/charges is collected from account of vehicle owner through the Banking Transfer system.
•    One camera is placed to take photo of the driver and saves in computer record.
•    The other one camera is placed below road surface for detecting any suspicious material.

•    The NPR Vision System is used for speedy transportation and ease of collection of Toll Tax/ Parking charges.
•    It is also used for security purpose at public place, Government Organization etc.
