Kerbing Machine – MKM Series introduce by Macons first time in India indigenously developed with the internal technically competent strength.
The machine is built for fast production of Kerb laying in road project. The machine can also be utilized for dividers, drain line, etc.

Salient Features
- Working speed: 2 to 3mt. /minute for maximum mould size.
- Traveling Speed: 0-4Kmph.
- Fully imported hydraulic kit and micron system for longer life.
- Fully Imported Hydraulic Needle Vibrator (2 Nos.) Vibrator System ensures smooth finishing of Kerb.
- Fully Imported Slope, Steering and Grade sensors.
- Machine is equipped with vibrations free, Air Cooled Diesel Engine.
- Front & Rear hydraulic cylinder for adjusting Kerb height.
- Hydraulic tilting inlet chute for easy maintenance and accessibility to engine and hydraulic parts.
- Very easy for the operation to stop the forward movement of the machine with full concrete in the hopper without the concrete setting.
- The machine can lay Kerb on Wet mix Layer, DBM 1st or 2nd Layer, Reinforcement and Gutter Section.
- Maximum mould size is 600m height x 800mm width.
