| Shoulders Pads Thermofusing Machine We have been manufacturing a precision engineered range of machines for shoulders pads thermofusing machines or shoulders final pressing machines. These are fabricated using high grade raw material and are customized as per the specifications of our clients.
Specifications of the machines are as follows:- Two independent sections (right shoulder and left shoulder)
- Each section composed by three shapes: one lower shape with vacuum and two steaming upper shapes
- The upper shapes work in a sequential way
- Double pressing on the upper side of the shoulder avoids to leave impressions on the fabric for excellent results
- Programmer, electronic hand safety guard device, manual and foot pedal controls also provided with the machines
Versions
Standards versions available with us are as follows:- 246.0- for shoulders pads thermofusing before sleeves and sewing.
- 246.02- for shoulders final pressing.

| Shoulders Pressing Machine Available with us is a precision engineered range of shoulders pressing machines which is manufactured using high grade raw material. These shoulders pressing machines are appreciated for world class quality, high functionality, optimum functionality, long service life and other features.
Some of the advantages of the machines are as follows:- Innovative automatic unit for a quality final pressing of jackets shoulders
- Perfectly orthogonal pressing to the lower shapes via upper shapes adjustment thus yielding an excellent final result
- Descent of the upper shape prepared by two cylinders where in one is used for fast approaching the shape thus reducing the dead times. The 2nd cylinder develops the pressure with a possibility to adjust the pressing pressure and the sponging height
- Steaming upper shapes and vacuumed lower shapes and both are steam heated
- An electronic hand guard device and manual controls fitted on the upper shapes
- Foot pedals for the vacuum and the approaching provided
- Unit adapted with a new system for pressing functions programming by a microprocessor controlled logic for the unit use

| Collars & Lapels Pressing Machine We manufacture a precision engineered range of machine used for Collars & Lapels Pressing. These machines are fabricated using high grade raw material and are customized as per the specifications of our clients. With in this machine, the head is equipped with several movements and functions. This in turn allows the user to obtain high quality and précised pressing while avoiding fabric dragging.
Our machine range is appreciated across the globe because of the following advantages:- More visibility and safety of the operator assured as the approaching of the head with motions parallel to themselves.
- Safety guard obtained when the impact with the part to protect is vertical
- Head completely raised and back when the garment is positioned thus offering a wide visibility for handling the collar freely
- Précised movement of the head shape allows to press the collars first and the lapels with orthogonal pressure. This helps in obtaining lapel shrinkage
- There is present a device for changes the length of the lapels creasing by modifying rhe head inclination.
