• Sturdy double walled construction.
• Outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly enamel painted.
• Inner chamber made up of S.S.Sheet (SS-304 grade).
• The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high-grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses.
• Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides.
• Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.
• Door is fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without disturbing the test temperature.
• Synthetic rubber gasket made of neoprene rubber is fitted to all "MAC" units instead of asbestos.

(A) Thermostatically Controlled : Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat to control temperature from ambient to 700C+1°C. An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.

(B) Digitally Controlled : Temperature is controlled through a microprocessor based pid digital temperature indicator cum-controller or through a profile digital microcontroller having 4 programmes each of 16steps (total 64 steps of ramp/soak profile), from ambient to 700C with an accuracy of +10C. All digitally controlled ovens are fitted with air circulation fan as a standard accessory.

We manufacture horizontal high pressure cylindrical steam sterilizer with code MSW-104 with following features :

• The inner chamber, steam jacket, outer chamber and boiler are made of heavy gauge stainless steel with leak proof argon arc welding.
• The radial locking lid is made of thick S.S.plate.
• All units are hydraulically tested upto 40psi.
• The space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize thermal losses.
• Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge, low water cut-off device and automatic pressure control device.
• Fitted with a Digital Temperature Indicator to indicate inner temperature.
• Fitted with vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.
• The chamber discharge line is fitted with a moisture trap to absorb the condensate automatically thus preventing moistening of the loaded material to be sterilized.
• The unit is provided with a positive self-locking safety door which cannot be opened while the chamber is under pressure and disengages automatically when chamber is exhausted. This affords complete safety to the working personnel against explosive opening.
• Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jackets as and when desired.

We manufacture laboratory lyophilizer (Freeze Dryer) avialable with following code MSW-137. The features of laboratory lyophilizer are as under :

• Housed in a super structure steel frame it is mounted on swivel casters.
• Complete with erspex see through lid, gasket and control instruments i.e. microprocessor based digital temperature controller for measurement of temp. & electronic digital vacuum indicator.
