The salient characteristics of our assortment boxes are as follow: • The color assortments contain full size 1000m spools. Sampling is therefore adaptable and immediate, even with colors rarely in stock • A spool can be laid directly onto the fabric and the color match will not be compromised by surrounding colors, as in shade card matching • Each colour is stored in its own numbered compartment within the drawer unit. Corresponding shade numbers are printed on the top of the unit, in drawer and section order providing a complete overview of all colours within and any to be replaced are easily identified

Backing material is used to stabilize the background fabric should be in high quality embroideries. We offer a wide spectrum of backing materials for various clients’ requirements. Our E ZEE range covers the cut away and tears away backing materials in different compositions and weights along with fusible backing materials. The range includes the following: CMX and SMX : CMX and SMX are wet-laid backings. These are manufactured by providing regular alignment and distribution of the fibers resulting in resistance and softness of all-round backings. WEB : WEB is our cut-away backing material used underneath light colored fabrics as it does not show through. PES : The PES cut away backing materials are available in a hard and a soft version. PES hard is especially suitable for embroidery on caps. It has tear away characteristics therefore; it will tear easily if stretched too much in a border frame. Our embroidery needles are suitable for upper and under thread. These are available in various sizes as per the client’s requirement. The salient features are as follow: • The needle size 75/#11/FFG/SES can be considered as the standard one • Packaging 100 needles: 1 box = 10x10 needles • The Brother PR 600 embroidery machine requires a different needle system • We offer the needle sizes 75, 90 and 100, which are suitable for all threads
