LADDER CABLE TRAYS

The Ladder Type Cable Trays are manufactured in the width from 150 mm to 1000 mm : having Frame Channel from 50 mm to 120 mm in the Thickness from 1.60mm to 2.0mm with all accessories. These trays consists of two longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members.

The Garden Umbrella would take you to a world of mountain greens, sandy beaches and blue seas with its vibrant colours and a beautiful octagonal design. An off-white powder coated aluminum frame with a user friendly operation. Available in a standard size of 7'' & 9'' diameter.

It has a pleasing round shape with round edges providing it a harmonious appearance. A mix & match of fabric colours are ideal for being used on beaches and pool sides. 

The Retractable Awning with rotation angle of 140 degrees from its fully open position to the fully closed position. Consists of spring Loaded arms mode of LM6 alloy aluminum extrusions. All joints and brackets are Gravity Die cast with special aluminum alloys, profiles, joints and brackets are chromatized and then powder coated in off-white colour. The Retractable Awning can be operated using an External gear operated mechanism or internal lever operated mechanism with additional gear box or a motorized model with the ease of operation at the flick of a switch.

All slotted angles, shelves etc. are manufactured from Prime Quality Cold Rolled steel confirming to IS : 513/10748. All items are manufactured, using accurate toolings on Automatic machines to provide interchangeability with each other.

CHEMICAL TREATMENT

All materials are thoroughly degreased, pickled, phosphatised by a unique treatment providing protection from corrosion and ensuring longer life.

Slotted angles, shelves, back  side panels, partition plates are painted in stoving enamel paint & oven baked at 120⁰ C in A.D. Grey color to obtain a smooth, hard & durable finish.
