Applications & Utilization Scope
GA 747 series rapier weaving machine is suitable for the weaving of fabrics such as plain weaves, twills, satins and small jacquard fabrics, which take cotton yarn, woolen yarn, twines, chemical – fiber and silk spinning as the raw material. It is suitable for the cotton yarn of 84 –12 tex, and is suitable for the weaving of density of weft to be 145-400 pcs/dm and six-color weft selection.
This machine is designed by advanced CAD technique. Its many components adopt the carbon – fiber compound and aluminum alloy, which are light in weight and with high strength, and QT 400 –17, which has good wear resistance. Its structure is compact and reliable. Its suitability is wide. It can weave the light thin and medium thick fabrics. Its machine frame and warp beam let – off mechanism has strong compatibility with the weaving machines with shuttles or knitting needles. It is easy maintenance. Comparing with the weaving machines with shuttles or knitting needles, its speed is increased by 30 – 40%. It has good stability. Its noise is lowered by 10-15dB.
