The yarn used by Madonna fashions are obtained from only standarded mills, where they provide tested sealed yarn. This yarn are tested for standards of required count, No of plys, thick and thin places, No of impurities percentage and strength of the yarn.
The Fabric is knitted from standard knitting divisions where the fabrics is tested for evenness, GSM, Foriegn fibers, neps, thick and thin places and other required parameters.
Dyeing is the important process in the field of coloring the materials, where special care is been taken to see whether the dyes used in dying units has obtained a ECO TEX, OKO TEX certificate. Following this after dying process, the product it is been tested for color of the product, whether any patches or strain is present, satability of the fabric and other parameters as required by the customer.
