Established in 2000 by Mr. S. Arvind and Mr. S. Ramagopal, Madurai Acme Enterprises Private Limited has made a name for itself as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of rubber components and products like rubber rollers, rubber door mats, rubber o rings, rubber cords, rubber insulation mats, rubber couplings, rubber diaphragms, rubber bellows, rubber extrusions, rubber beadings, rubber muffs and many more. Under the able and motivating leadership of our mentors, we have grown by leaps and bounds in a short span of six years. We manufacture our rubber products and components as per various standards like ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q 9001-2000.

We rely on our manufacturing unit for meeting bulk requirements of our clients well on time. Our manufacturing unit and design unit has a producing capacity of 800 tonnes of rubber products. We use high quality raw rubber, nitride rubber, silicon rubber, curatives, accelerators, rubber chemicals, pigments and fillers as raw material which ensures high quality of our rubber products and components. Moreover, CAD/CAM facilities in the initial stages of production help us to come up with high performance oriented rubber products and components. Our highly qualified and experienced quality inspectors test each and every rubber products and components stringently as per ISO standards on various parameters.
