We have devised a set of quality related measures and follow them religiously in production unit. The measures are mainly based on the repeated checks run on the products as they pass through the elaborate process of production.

Presently we ascertain quality in our tape by measuring and maintaining Thickness, Width, GSM of Release Coating and Ink Coating, length in roll, Transfer of printing at desired low temperature and sharpness and depth of print visibility.

We also take care to get our testing equipments dully calibrated from authorized agencies at regular intervals.

At shop floor, production is done and monitored by our plant Operators under strict pre-recorded guidelines. Our trained Shift-in-Charges keep close vigil to production process and keep on inspecting the production in process at regular intervals.
