Who We Are

Magaji Silk Weaves was established in 1996 under the able guidance of Mr. M.N. Sreenivas. Ever since its establishment, it has grown as a leading manufacturer, domestic supplier and exporter of an extensive range of silk fabrics. Our range includes Taffetas, Crepes, Dupions, Satin, Jacquard, Georgette, Hand & Computer Embroideries, Seersucker, Organza, Prints, Spun Silk, Noil Silk, Sandwash, Leather Finish Silk, Silk + Linen, Silk + Cotton, Silk with Poly Knit Backing, Silk with Wadding, Poly dupioni and Hand embroidered Silk Sarees.

We have been silk yarn merchants for more than two decades. Apart from M.N.Sreenivas, Mr. M.N. Muralidhar and Mr. M.S.Aditya equally and ably share the responsibilities of the company. From being a small manufacturing unit presently we are one of biggest manufacturers and suppliers of silk in domestic as well as international markets. Our skilled weavers ensure that we always deliver nothing but the best in the industry.


	Organizational Aim One of the biggest aims of MSW, is to satisfy its clients at all stages without allowing any room for complaint. The organization also aims to provide superlative quality fabrics and services that are at par with international standards. With a mission to be a perfect in all that we do, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the cut- throat competition in the industry.

	Raw Materials We are very particular about the raw material that we use. 4A-5A grade Chinese Raw Silk yarns are extensively used for Taffetas, Dupionis, Chiffons etc. We procure the raw material from established vendors from both domestic (for the very Indian Slubby Dupioni) and Chinese market. Linens like 40-Lee, 44-Lee are sourced from reputed mills in India and the same can be said for Cottons like 2/100's, 2/60's etc.


	Team At MSW, an extremely competent team of weavers, textile engineers, desoigns & other support staff back us. Each one of them are experts in their respective fields. Our friendly and healthy work environment ensures that each and every employee works to best of their potential. Every work that takes place in the organization is taken care of by different departments. These helps in making work more organized & the systems more integrated, at same time reducing excessive work pressure for our employees.


	Infrastructure Facility Our manufacturing plant spreads across 4800 square feet area and is equipped with technically upgraded range of machinery. The variety of looms installed include Conventional looms and other requisite gadgets. All our machines are maintained on regular basis to offer un-hindered production process. Developing consistent quality of product also depends on the maintenance of the machinery installed. Along with a well-laid production unit, we are facilitated with product designing department. This department is equipped with modern CAD/CAM facility & software. These facilities enable us to develop designs as per market requirement. All these facilities in tandem with each other have propelled our Production Capacity to 15000 to 25000 mtrs per month and an Annual Turn of Rs. 2 crores.


	Quality Checks At MSW, we are extremely conscious of the quality of our range of silk fabrics. Hence all our fabrics pass through stringent quality monitoring every at each and every stage of production. Once they meet the desired standard at one stage, they graduate to the next. We check all our products based on strength of yarn, uniformity of weave, light fastness, wobbling, elasticity of material etc. Similarly, we also check the quality of raw materials before incorporating them in the production. All stringent measures under personal supervision make sure that all that our products are in compliance with international market standard. Furthermore, Our membership with ISEPC is in itself a certification of the credibility of our products. A minimum of 100mtrs per style will be undertaken to ensure a excellent fabric, ofcourse, we do undertake developmental works too.


	Packing and Transportation We provide our buyers with top class packing facilities. We provide both bulk packing as well as individual packing solutions to our customers. We also provide packing manuals on demand to our buyers. Our products are majorly packed to perfection by machines. Though we do not have an in- house transport department, we have links with a number of transport companies that help in timely delivery of finished products as well as timely procurement of raw material. The estimated dispatch time of an order is usually between 4 to 8 weeks.


	Cater to Global Markets Leveraging on our streamlined manufacturing facility, skilled weavers and distribution network, we havfe been consistently catering to the domestic markets at ease. Along with the Indian buyers, we also cater to markets spread across USA, Europe, Malaysia, Japan, Saudi Arabia , UK etc. Future Plans With our expanse over the global market we nurture plans to increase our production capacity to 40 units per month as against a present production of 25 units per month. We also plan to set up Rapier Looms very soon and produce top quality fabrics available in the market.
