Our modern manufacturing facility to produce plastic bonded permanent magnets was set up in 1993. The company was an Indo-German Joint Venture till Nov, 1999. Consequent to the acquisition of equity shares by the German promoter, our company was a Subsidiary of Max Baermann Holding AG, Germany. ** till 30.09.2010.
Indian promoter has acquired 100% equity shares from M/s. Max Baermann Holding AG and Mr. Horst Baermann, Germany, with effect from 01.10.2010.
The manufacturing facility to produce plastic bonded permanent magnets will continue as it is. MTI has its own Quality Assurance Laboratory comprising, inter alia, permagraph (B-H curve tracer), computerized measurement devices to measure magnetic surface induction and flux densities in plain and round magnets at different air gaps.
With the set-up of our new plant here in Pune, India in 1992 we can provide specific customer (order customized) solutions. The excellent quality and outstanding piece-to-piece uniformity of our production comply with highest international standards. Our company is certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
From idea to serial production stage, the magnets are developed by Research & Development, Design & Engineering and Quality Assurance in close cooperation with our customers and in accordance with their specifications and requirements.
