Magnetic Plate
We manufacture a wide range of magnetic plates designed to meet specific operations and plant conditions. Available in various sizes & strengths these magnetic plates are used to remove Tramp Iron such as bolts, nuts, bits of wire, nails and other contaminations from free flowing material to protect against occasional damage.

The magnetic plates are ideal for the removal of tramp iron form moving material carried in chutes ducts, spouts, conveyor belts, screens and feed trays. Magnetic Filter
The range of magnetic filters manufactured by us is used for the filtration of iron particles from products present in the liquid form.  These magnetic filters have been manufactured using ceramic or high intensity rare earth magnets. These are frequently used in hydraulic circuits in cooling systems for separation of ferrous material.

The magnetic unit of magnetic filter is enclosed in stainless steel or M.S. Housing which make it suitable for chemical, paper & ceramic industry. These can be removed easily by releasing the fasteners. In order to remove the fine magnetic particles or oxidized iron high intensity rare earth magnets is recommended.

High intensity magnetic grills that can be fitted in existing hoppers, pipe line or outlets or various equipment such as pulverisor and blenders.

In the standard type, the single row of magnetic elements is placed at specific distances and the multilayer type magnetic grills are mounted above each other in a zigzag manner for effective cleaning. In case of Self Cleaning type Magnetic Grill the Magnetic Elements can be cleaned just by pulling them out. As there is Separation Sleev over Magnetic Elements. The cleaning becomes very easy.

Industrial Magnets
Magnets exist since the creation of the universe and the magnetic force can be observed and felt. The basic functions of the magnet revolve around the basic principles of north and south poles. Each magnet has one north and south pole each and joining them emit magnetic lines of flux.

Magnetic separators are used in the detection of magnetic (ferrous) and paramagnetic material contamination removes both from the process line. These industrial magnets are widely used in various process industries  due to high efficiency.



Raw Material Used
We make extensive use of Rare Earth- Neodymium Iron Boron magnets and ferrite magnet to manufacture industrial magnetic systems. These includes Drum Separators (Single & Double Drum), Magnetic Over Band Magnets, Magnetic Pulleys, Magnetic Plates, "U" shape Magnets, Magnetic High Powered Grills, Magnetic Lifting Devices, Electro-Permanent Magnetic Chucks.

Rare Earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnetic material possess extreme high-energy products thus, enabling in the production of separators with very high Surface Magnetic Induction up to 12500 Gauss. Normaly the working temperature for this Rare Earth material is 60ºC. For high temprature we can used special grade of rear earth magnets which can oprate up to 200ºC We can manufacture separators that can operate at temperatures up to 250ºC-275ºC, by using Samarium Cobalt Magnets for such a Special Application. Ferrite on the other hand is a ceramic material used in large quantities in a separator. Further, we can generate deep reaching flux fields up to almost 12 inches.
